This Morning !
First thing this morning I had 2 teaspoons of maca powder and barley green powder in half a glass of water. Then I made my green smoothie which I will call mango magic because it had a mango in it and I hope it makes me feel like magic .
1 large mango.
4 big silver beet leaves
3 sticks of celery.
1 whole orange with skin removed .
2 cups of rain water.
I blended it all up and that was breakfast today .

ReplyDeleteJust came across your Raw Food Blog. I tried going raw about 2 months ago myself. I ended up stopping after 2 week, the main reason was that the inside of my mouth was ending up with cuts and ulcers from the having to chew so much raw food! My body just didn't agree with so much uncooked food. I still make some of the recipes though, especially the green smoothies and pasta sauce.
Good luck. Hope you find some improvement in your condition. I too suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder but pretty much live with it these days. Haven't had a panic attack in 5 years.
